The following policies and procedures have been endorsed by the CLAC Committee and apply to all participants in Little Athletics at Coburg.
Code of Behaviour
Codes of Behaviour (Code of Conduct) underpin the values of Little Athletics. Athletes, officials, parents and spectators to read and understand the codes, and apply them on competition days and other times when using the track or facilities. Harold Stevens Athletics Track is a Smoke Free venue, including e-cigarettes or vapes, and adults are asked to support our athlete's health by taking your smoke breaks outside of the track.

In addition, the Centre is governed by LA Vic's Member Protection Policy, which places the safety and welfare of children above all other considerations. Other LA Vic policies which apply can be found here.
Child Safe Policy
At Coburg Little Athletics, we're committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space for all children. We have zero tolerance for child abuse or neglect, and we take child safety seriously. Our policies, codes of conduct, and everyday actions all support the wellbeing of every child. We aim to make child safety part of everything we do—through clear expectations, support for our volunteers and staff, and a culture where everyone understands and follows child-safe practices.

Competition Policies
There are guidelines and policies that we follow in the event that competition may be affected. There is also a track usage policy that all participants and parents need to adhere to at all times.
