At Coburg, we run an inclusive little athletics program focused on family, fun and fitness.
Our Summer Track & Field season begins October and runs to March, and in the Winter months our athletes can compete in Cross Country. We also run a Trial Athlete Day ahead of the season start for new athletes to have a go at running, throwing and jumping in a safe and friendly environment.

WEATHER POLICY
Athlete safety is important, so at Coburg, we have an extreme weather policy, in line with recommendations from the Australian Institute of Sport. This policy can result in the cancellation or suspension of a competition day if it is deemed to be either too hot or too wet (which makes the track slippery and equipment too difficult to control) to either start or continue an event safely. The Cancellation Policy can be found in the Competition section of the handbook.
