Our last request for volunteers, please pitch in as it’s a big double session across the Friday evening and Saturday morning

1. Competition gets underway at 6pm on Friday and 8.30am Saturday.
2. Please ensure you encourage all families to arrive 15 minutes early and make sure ALL athletes sign in upon arrival.
3. Athletes can only compete in the events they have nominated for – if athletes are not listed on the sheet they can not compete.
4. Set up starts from 4.15pm Friday and 7.15am Saturday it would be great to have two volunteers from each club to help with set up.
5. All club pack up on both days. Friday will be a partial pack up as we will leave out some of the marquees etc.
6. We need 1 or 2 volunteers to run the medal presentation area
7. The 100m handicap will be held at approximately 12.15pm on Saturday (lots of fun to watch – so make sure you get a good spot on the sidelines to support these races!). Speaking of fun races, this is followed by the toddler & parents races. Always a blast!
8. Trophy presentations will commence after the toddler and parents race at approx. 12.45pm.
