This week we will be running Program 2 – the events for each age group are attached. We will aim to start on time, so please aim to arrive at about 8.15am.

+ To wear your club shirt with a Coles logo sewn on and black shorts
+ Sunscreen, hat and water
+ To check the duty rosters sent out by your Clubs
+ Check in on your arrive using the QR Codes around the track.

TEAM MANAGERS/CHIEFS MEETING – 8.10am under the Announcers tent.
SET UP – Two representatives from each club to arrive at 7.15AM sharp
PACK UP – Coburg West
COVID OFFICER – Mark H (Westbreen)
CHILD SAFETY OFFICERS – Aislinn (St Olivers) and Olivia C (Pascoe Vale) plus Club CSOs.
