During the winter Cross Country is a great way to keep fit and active over the winter months. Athletes from Coburg along with those from Craigieburn, Essendon, Hume, Keilor, Preston-Reservoir and Sunbury all compete together under the umbrella of Division One.

Weekly competition is rotated over several different venues during the season including Essendon, Keilor, Craigieburn, Coburg and Sunbury.

All athletes remain in the same age group as for the Track & Field Season and are required to wear the same Commonwealth Bank name tag. If you were registered for the summer season there is no additional charge.

If you were not a summer athlete, the membership fee is $80 for the 2024 season.

Each age group has one race each week over the following distances:
– Under 6 – 500m
– Under 7-8 -1000m
– Under 9-10 -1500m
– Under 11-12 – 2000m
– Under 13-16 – 3000m

We also hold training on Monday and Wednesday night from 6pm at Coburg .
