Hi all especially Coburg West families.

Concluding this season Annette and Helen are stepping away from roles at CW after many years of supporting families and athletes.

At this stage they have not had a commitment from any parents to assist next season. If these positions aren't filled Coburg West will unfortunately have to disband as a club and athletes forced to move to one the other 5 clubs at the centre.

This would be a mighty shame as CW has a long rich history at the centre and the second most athletes we have at a club level. Surely we can prevent this by having someone step up to assist their athletes.

Club roles aren't as large as you think and there is very little club rivalry here at Coburg. You will be supported and assisted by the many others at clubs and our Coburg committee.

Please approach any of our club Presidents or team managers on the weekend to find out just how little is involved and how rewarding it is.
