High jump skills session Thursday 5.45pm

We are delighted to offer a specialist high jump training session Thursday 22nd Jan between 5-45pm to 6-45pm.

This session will be taken by Coburg's own Trudy Thompson. Trudy is high jump expert who competed at both national and international level in the sport.

With no competition this week it's a great chance at getting some athletics in.
