Under almost perfect conditions....dare we say a bit too much sunshine 🥵

Our coburg kids put in an amazing effort competing as teams against the best in Melbourne's Northern region.

We not only had many medals for the day but others got their first taste of competition at this level and really shone bright 🌞 Changeovers were crisp and more fluid than ever and credit goes to Coach Jim Currell 👏🏻

Athlete progressions to the state championships will be out midweek we hope and families will receive an email if qualified. Coach Jim will be available to train any teams that continue on the next stage and fine tune Changeovers.

Our athletes represented our centre wonderfully and our parents worked tirelessly in their volunteer slots to ensure the day ran smoothly.

HUGE props to our CLAC team that made one of the most hectic, long and challenging days in the athletics calendar seem easy.
