Athlete Scratching / Withdrawal

Please be aware that ALL athletes that compete and complete their Region Cross-County Carnival will automatically be entered into the State Cross-Country Championships.

If you are NOT intending on competing at State please fill out the scratching form via GameDay link below. LAVIC allocate volunteer duties based on entries and if we have families down as competing we will be given more volunteer roles than we can handle. So please fill in the form if you are NOT attending.

Once the scratching/withdrawal has been submitted, the scratched athlete cannot be reinstated.

State Championships scratching’s close – 11.00am – Monday 21st July 2025. A final list of Qualifiers will be posted on the event page prior to 5pm Monday 21st July 2025.
